These images are the remaining images from the interior photography session that were not selected by GraceHebert for final delivery. Should you desire final versions of any image, an additional post production charge of $15/image in addition to the License Fee will be added to the final invoice.

ROUGH PROOF'S ONLY - No post production or retouching has been performed. Corrections in final images that will be performed include: • Color correction, • Color casts on walls/ceilings from different colors of light from fixtures/outside light sources, • Glare/reflections on woodwork/glass/bookcases/cabinetry will be minimized/corrected, • Staining/scuffs/finish damage will be minimized or removed •. Television/monitors visible will have either a black screen or the facility's logo, whichever is preferred, • In views with exteriors, exposure will be corrected, trucks, equipment, personnel, will be removed and in the case of the cafeteria, the fountain will be added upon completion of the exterior images. Approximately mid-September.
