Because of the sheer number of images, a Short List can be produced, R2 will generate a second contact sheet to aid in Final image selection.
NOTE-SITE CONDITIONS: Active construction was going on inside all three restaurants that border the site. There were workers continually going through the scene and construction trucks parked along the curb. I did my best to minimize these vehicles in the angles. So if the angles seem “odd” that is probably why. The biggest unavoidable issue was the doors to the construction areas were open and with the amount of human traffic going through these doors it was not appropriate to ask them to close the doors. In anticipation of digitally closing the doors I photographed elements that will hopefully be able to quickly and economically cover these undesirable elements. The same goes for the hose on the ground and rebuilding a pillar that is covered by the doors.
The photography God’s smiled on us, providing just over an hour of beautiful sunlight after a cloudy morning. And just as I had finished up, the clouds were coming back and the workers were all coming out to sit on the site and have their lunches.
POST PRODUCTION NOTES
- perspective and lens distortion will be corrected as much as possible (however with the ground being featured, some distortion may be visible in top elements in order to preserve the view of the closer Unilock materials)
- darker/blue areas of building will be digitally lightened
- minor debris on pavement will be removed
- any movement/blurring foliage will be corrected
- shadows/reflections from/of camera will be removed
- shadows from lighting and landscaping can be removed (potentially with an additional fee which will be determined based on images requiring it)
